• Contract and Project Personnel are carefully screened employees of Benchmark who are eligible for a wide range of benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacation.  They also have the opportunity to participate in our 401(k) program.

• Contract to Permanent – Project employees can be converted to permanent, direct employment for a very reasonable fee. 

• Permanent Placement – If Benchmark is successful in finding the candidate that fits your permanent employment needs, the fee is a percentage of the employee’s first year’s salary.
